I love live music, seeing it in person or even just listening to recordings. I think it’s so cool to hear the little, and a lot of times, big differences between a studio track and how it’s performed live. Or even the differences in songs and how they’re played at different points in the band’s career. Cranking up a live album in the headphones and closing my eyes is one of my favorite relaxation techniques. So, for this week, I decided to feature only live versions of songs. As with all my posts and thoughts, I’m not saying any of these are the superior rendition, just some that I personally really enjoy.
